Arden Trewartha (she/her) | Learning & Development Manager | atrewartha@omni.org

As Learning & Development Manager, Arden leads coaching, training, planning, capacity building, and facilitation projects with community groups, nonprofit organizations, and other clients in various community-led, equity-centric processes. She manages client relationships, leads projects with small teams of OMNI staff, and builds deep community relationships.

Prior to OMNI, Arden designed and implemented a place-based strategy in the San Luis Valley and Northeast Denver (with multiple collaborative partners, including residents, nonprofits, funders, and local/regional government) to improve health outcomes for people and communities experiencing the greatest health disparities. She mobilized and coached coordinators, resident teams, and other collaborative partners in multiple communities to identify, research, and establish short- and long-term health equity goals and plans to improve community outcomes.

Arden is a Full Circle Restorative Justice (FCRJ) Board Member, and a Chaffee County League of Women Voters member. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking in the mountains and canyon country and hosting dinner gatherings, potlucks, and get-togethers with friends and loved ones.
